Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at this year's Tri-C JazzFest Cleveland.

This year's festival will take place at Playhouse Square on June 27 and 28, 2025.

 
SPECIAL NOTES FOR FOOD VENDORS: 
  • ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SALES are handled exclusively by the contracted festival alcohol company. Food vendors are not permitted to sell alcohol.
  • For the safety of all attendees, food truck vendors must remain within the festival footprint for the duration of the festival day. 

SPECIAL NOTE FOR INFORMATIONAL BOOTHS/VENDORS:
  • Your booth must be staffed from Gates Open until the last Band starts (3:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.)

  Single Day Both Festival Days
Tent Vendor Booth  $      300.00  $                     450.00
Food/Vendor Truck  $      400.00  $                     600.00
 
Vendor fees include access to:
  • Food/Vendor Trucks
    • Reserved space within festival footprint
    • Access to Electricity 
  • Non-Truck Food/Arts & Craft Vendors
    • One (1) – 10’x10’ space in a covered tent
    • Two (2) – 8’ Tables
    • Two (2) Folding Chairs
    • Tent Lighting
    • Access to Electricity
